Is my business logo included?
Yes. The base pack includes custom decoration with your business logo on each garment. Hoodies and tees include front printing; jackets, hats, polos and beanies include embroidery. Exact artwork, colors and placements are confirmed in your proof before production.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. Tell us the sizes for your crew or ask our team to help you collect them. Available sizes, stock and any applicable larger-size surcharges are confirmed before payment. You do not have to choose one size for the entire pack.
Can I see my logo before production?
Yes. You receive an artwork proof for approval before production begins. The example business logo shown in these photos is illustrative; your pack will use your own approved business logo.
What if I don’t have a perfect logo file?
Send the best file you have. Our team will review it and confirm what is needed for printing and embroidery before production.
When will my pack arrive?
TSS confirms production timing and delivery expectations after reviewing garment availability, your artwork and order details. If you have a deadline, include it in your request so our team can confirm whether it is possible.
